Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something is not quite right, please contact us immediately at hello@patternandhome.com.au so we can help you.
Once you receive your order, we ask you look at it straight away - you have 3 days to contact us to report any faults. Please take photos of any damage or concerns and email them immediately. Once we receive your email, we will assess your concerns and process a refund or replacement product if accepted.
The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging for it to be returned. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first receiving an approved returns request will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind as all our products are unique and made to order. If you would like help selecting artwork for your unique space, please email hello@patternandhome.com.au and we will do a custom mock-up of the artwork in your space so you can rest assured you have made a wonderful purchase.
